Centenial Celebration Starting Up!
Garfield Class of 51 Luncheon
September 25 Saturday Noon at the Landing. The Landing is on the Wabash River at Fort Harrison Rd. All are invited. Please RSVP Bob Tryon tapnbob@aol.com or Dorothy Ashton.
We are planning an all classmates and friends reunion for 2011. We have set aside Sept 11 to 17, 2011 for this event. Plans are under way for a City Tour, Banquet and possibly a Bus Trip and or Cruise.
We will begin the celebration of Garfield’s Centennial.

We are laying plans for our 2011 Reunion.
Garfield Class of 1951 is looking at our 55th Anniversary Reunion
Class of 1970 Reunion
The Class of 1970′s 40th reunion weekend will be the 16th and 17th of July. Dinner dance at American Legion Post 104 on Saturday July 17th from 6 pm till 10 pm. Cost will be $19.70 per person. There will be a smoking area outside. There will be a meet and greet type of thing on Friday evening, Place TBD.
Class of 1965 Reunion
Reunion will be July 10th at the Legion Post 104 at the corner of 25th and Ft. Harrison. Start time will be 6.00pm. At this time Ballinger, Shields, Leslie Sigler and Floyd and Rosalyn Brownfield, are taking over for Hopton.
Look for mail out around 1st of April.
Class of 1960 50th Reunion
The all-school reunion will be Friday, July 30, 2010, at the Holiday Inn, and the Garfield Class of ’60 reunion will be Saturday, July 31, 2010, at the Meadows Banquet Center at Meadows Center. More details will be available soon. Please contact me if you think we may not have current contact information for you or if you have information on others in our class.
