Yes, Spelterville Inn. I remember it well and the tenderloins were the highlight of our week!!!!! Nothing like them out here in AZ.

I agree. Spelterville Inn had great tenderloins! Another place that had good tenderloins was the old Thompson’s Truck Stop. Darla, I know what you’re saying. I now live in Fresno, CA, and there are a lot of things that were common in the Midwest, which nobody has heard of out here. On the other hand, they have things out here I had never heard of, like tri-tip. It is huge out here . . . everybody bbq’s tri-tip.

The old Spelterville Inn had the best tenderloins ever! I was sorry to see it close a few years ago. I grew up in Spelterville and remember them well. Also had my very first pizza there as a little kid.
